Cucumber-Jalapeño Margaritas:
Recipe adapted from chef Michael Symon
In a pitcher, combine ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice, 1½ cups white tequila (I use Silver Patrón), ¼ cup Grand Marnier, ¼ cup simple syrup, 1 thinly sliced mini cucumber, and 1 halved and seeded jalapeño pepper.
Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
On a plate, combine 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon chili powder.
Press moistened rims of 6 glasses into salt-and-chili mixture.
Remove jalapeño from margarita mixture.
Fill each glass with ice, margarita mixture, and 2 to 3 ounces club soda.
Garnish each with a lime wheel.
