The Rocky Mountain chapter of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) recently rolled out the red carpet (figuratively speaking!) for its annual Peak Awards Gala, and this year, it was all about the bling! Held at Denver’s Mile High Station under the dazzling theme of 24 Carat Gold, this event wasn’t just Colorado’s top design awards—it was a celebration that mixed glamour with creativity, turning heads and raising glasses to the best in kitchen and bath design.

Imagine walking into Mile High Station and being greeted by an ambiance that screams luxury—golden hues everywhere, from the decor to the accents, creating an atmosphere that was as lavish as it was inviting. Professionals, students, and design enthusiasts alike mingled and marveled at the displays of jaw-dropping designs that pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in home spaces.

But it wasn’t just about looking fancy (though everyone did!). The Peak Awards Gala is where innovation meets celebration. It’s where designers strut their stuff, showing off not just their aesthetic prowess but also their practical ingenuity. Our favorite emcee, Jennifer Bertrand, brought a level of excitement and humor to the night! Cheers erupted, cameras flashed, and friendships were forged over shared passions for beautiful, functional spaces that make everyday life a little more extraordinary.

As the night came to a close, and the last award was handed out, there was a sense of community and accomplishment in the air.
