University Park Home Tour

Mark your calendar on Sunday, May 3rd for the University Park elementary home tour! This year, the tour opens the doors to five unique homes in the neighborhood, as well as the historic Fitzroy Mansion. See architectural variety from mid-century to new builds, as well as a variety of eclectic interiors. Look forward to:

A new take on mid-century modern

A basement playroom modeled after a Bavarian ski village, complete with climbing wall, cargo net, elevated passages and a slide

An adult-focused basement with a poker room and wet bar

And the Fitzroy mansion, built in 1893, which showcases many unusual features for that time including indoor plumbing, an elevator, a central vacuum, and refrigeration and air cooling systems

The tour runs from 11 am to 5 pm, and proceeds go to benefit programs, faculty and tools for the top-rated University Park elementary school. Along with the tour, visitors can enjoy food trucks and a hands-on home and garden fair.

Advance tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the school at 2300 South St. Paul St., Denver, or online at uparkhometour.org. Tickets are $25 the day of the tour.
