The Cheese Shop of Breckenridge

I’ve been hearing a lot of buzz about the new Cheese Shop of Breckenridge. The store opened in January after engaged couple Courtney and Brooks Leedahl (pictured above, left to right) took a stroll around Breck and realized what was missing: a gourmet cheese and provisions store. These youngsters are passionate, knowledgeable cheesemongers who are upping the gastronome ante of Colorado’s ski community fare. They also assemble a mean gift basket if you’re heading to the mountains in need of a hostess gift (Red Wine Lover Gift Box, $60–$100).
