The 3rd Annual Five Under 40 Awards
Wash Park Studio set the stage for Colorado Homes & Lifestyles’ 3rd annual Five Under 40 Awards, sponsored by Belgard. Guests, honorees, and CH&L staff mingled and noshed on some remarkable food courtesy of Bistro Boys Catering.

Kate Meyers, Editor in Chief, and Holly Scott, Publisher, were on hand to present the awards to each of the talented recipients. Each recipient was chosen for his or her impressive home design achievements, and all are under the age of 40.
Colorado Homes & Lifestyles' Five Under 40 awards spotlight the hottest emerging talent in residential design here in Colorado, including architecture, home-design products and accessories, interiors, furniture and landscape design. Selected by an expert design panel, Five Under 40 winners are the people to watch, producing some of the most stunning and innovative work available today.
