The follow-up to Marie Kondo's blockbuster bestseller The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up is a book called Spark Joy. Subtitled “An Illustrated Master Class on the Art of Organizing and Tidying Up” (i.e., getting rid of the stuff we don’t need), the second volume expounds on the principles of the first. This means a step-by-step guide to simplifying your life, with drawings from how to properly fold a long-sleeve shirt to how to pack a suitcase.
