Can't wait to see the 2017 Denver Designer Show House? Here's a little preview to hold you over until you visit 346 Elm Street in Hilltop to experience Denver’s finest architecture, interior design, outdoor landscaping and curated art.
With extraordinary design by Alvarez Morris Architectural Studio, this sophisticated home stands alone in terms of architecture, materials and thoughtful modern floor plan. Every room is tastefully appointed. Every finish is perfect. Alvarez Morris Architectural Studio has designed a number of Colorado’s finest custom residences and is noted for balanced composition of contemporary and traditional.
Marble, tile and fixtures have been selected from Waterworks for this lovely home. Chef’s kitchen (with cabinetry by Aspen Leaf) opens to family room with folding doors to patio. Indoor spaces easily flow to the beautiful outdoor areas. The landscaped backyard and patio by Designs by Sundown are integral to this home’s design. Some of the state’s finest interior designers will be decorating the rooms. Artwork curated by Ann Reidy is the finishing touch.
