1. COLORADO ACTIVITY. I love to start the summer at the Palisade Bluegrass and Roots Festival and end it with the iconic hike from Maroon Bells to Crested Butte. palisademusic.com
2. FURNITURE STORE. Little Horse in Louisville and Fort Collins always has unique home accessories that I don’t see anywhere else. I love their vintage textiles, esoteric books and incredible selection of vinyl. littlehorsevintage.com

4. CULTURE. We are so lucky to have the Aspen Art Museum for its unique architecture, as well as the world-class exhibits. The recent Margaret Kilgallen show was one of my all-time favorites. aspenartmuseum.org

5. COLORADO ARTIST. Aspen artist Shelly Safir Marolt—her commissioned portraits are so special, and her interpretations of children are remarkable. I also really like Denver artist Jillian FitzMaurice. Her palm trees give me beach vibes in the dead of winter. shellysafir.com, jilliankayworks.com
6. RESTAURANT. I go to Home Team BBQ at the base of Buttermilk Mountain at least once a week. The wings are simply the best I have ever had. hometeambbq.com
