My Current Favorite Restaurants in Denver
As a former food editor and avid home chef, I’m frequently asked to name my favorite restaurants in Denver. Although the list changes quite frequently, the following are my current top choices: The Populist, Annette, Coperta, Mister Tuna, Mercantile, Avelina, Root Down, The Plimoth, Comida, Hop Alley, Barolo Grill, Acorn and Cart-Driver. Most have fabulous outdoor patios, so grab a seat for some lovely alfresco dining this spring.
One of my favorite breakfast spots is the charming Olive & Finch, with a new, larger second location in Cherry Creek (if you have time, check out the sleek new Kohler showroom next door). Don’t miss the delightful egg hashes and bright, fresh-pressed juices.
