Steamboat Art in the Park
July 14 – 15, 2018

Color abounds in Steamboat Springs as artists and hot air balloons descend upon the mountain town in July. Featuring 150 artist vendors, live entertainment, food and drink vendors and interactive children’s art area, the event takes place over the Hot Air Balloon Rodeo too.

 

Crested Butte Food and Wine Festival 2018 Colorado

The amazing mountain views aren’t the only reason to head to Crested Butte this summer. 2018 U.S. Senior Open

The world’s best will once again compete for one of golf’s greatest titles at The Broadmoor Golf club. Some of the game’s most notable players, like Roger Chapman and Fred Couples, return to the Colorado Springs course. The Broadmoor also hosts its Centennial Celebration that week, promising for a memorable event. 

 

Denver Rose Society Show 2018 Colorado

“Around the World in 80 Roses" is the theme for this year’s show in Mitchell Hall at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Open to all rose growers, this competition judges the colorful blooms by size and symmetry and arrangement style. View and vote for your favorite rose and peruse the rest of the Gardens too.

Crested Butte Wildflower Festival
July 6 – 15, 2018

The wildflower capital of Colorado hosts a ten-day festival offering more than 200 events related to the gorgeous summer blooms. Wake up and do some yoga among the buds, take a hike through the hills around the mountains and even score some photography tips in workshops that will help you capture the best of the mountain’s lupines, columbines, bluebells, daisies and even local birds and butterflies.

 

Telluride Balloon Festival 2018 Colorado

June 1 – 3, 2018

The Telluride sky will be filled with colorful hot air balloons as they sail from Town Park down the valley. Launching at sunrise, the festival will paint a sight only seen once a year. Don’t miss Saturday night of the festival, when the pilots inflate their balloons along Main Street for the “glow” beneath the stars.

 

Ride the Rockies
June 9 – 15, 2018

The benefit ride will traverse through some of Colorado’s most popular mountain towns including Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Grand Lake and Winter Park. Since 2001, Ride The Rockies has presented 115 grants, totaling more than $620,000, to nonprofit agencies in host communities. These organizations focus on youth education, cycling safety and increased access for low-income participants.

Colorado Tiny House Festival
June 22 – June 24, 2018

Born from the desire to spread awareness to tiny house enthusiasts in Colorado, the festival welcomes builders and homeowners to showcase their trendy new movable homes. The Adams County Fairgrounds will have plenty of space for homes and enthusiasts alike to peruse and mingle, and even a lake for fishing.
