It may have something to do with its funky location in the Lower Highlands—Lulu’s Furniture & Decor is known for its practical, nonthreatening design approach, a trait sometimes missing from high-end home-design firms. It may also have something to do with the presence of Whistlepig, the shop dog who wanders around looking for affection.
Whatever the reason, mother-daughter owners and Denver natives Christy Brant and Caitlin Marsh have hit on a concept that seems to be working. They offer well-curated brands and affordable custom options with a laid-back vibe.
