1. COLORADO MUESEM The Colorado Snowsports Museum Hall of Fame. I have friends who get inducted each year, and it’s great to have a museum within walking distance and to be able to celebrate the sport that made Colorado famous around the world. snowsportsmuseum.org
2. COLORADO ACTIVITY I have to state the obvious for a Vail girl: the Berry Picker Trail. You’ve literally climbed a mountain. Then, I head to Matsuhisa in the Vail Village and get the Gardener cocktail and the king crab tempura—the ideal combo while sitting at the bar. vail.com, matsuhisarestaurants.com
3. HOUSEWARMING GIFT A bottle of Casamigos Blanco with Matsuhisa’s Gardener recipe attached. I mean, because isn’t it just way better than a candle? Casamigos Blanco 750ML, $35; Avon Liquor, avon-liquor.com
4. CLOTHING DESIGNER Veronica Beard for everything! Specifically, her Scuba Hadley jacket is the perfect modern blazer. Zip in one of their dickeys, and it’s your go-to piece for when you need to step up your style game. For formal dress, I like Galvan London. They make the most stunning gowns, and the fabric and fit are perfection. Scuba Hadley Jacket, $650; Perch, Vail and Denver, perchvail.com
5. COLORADO ARTIST Maryanne Quinn from Boulder. I just commissioned a piece for my house. Her work is so happy and colorful! White Flowered Bikini on Vivid Sunset, $1,500; maryannequinn.com
6. JEWELRY Mark Davis bangles, because they are interesting, colorful and unique. Yellow & Green Marbled Bakelite with Yellow Sapphire, $1,800; Betteridge Jewelers, Vail, betteridge.com
7. SHEETS/BEDDING I am a new-sheets addict. I love the color and creativity they can bring to my bedroom to change up the look. I really like John Robshaw for their original prints. johnrobshaw.com
8. HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE An ice-maker at the bar is the ultimate luxury! The Scotsman Brilliance Cuber, $2,180; BAC Glenwood, 4bac.com
9. SHOES My Salomon hiking shoes. I live in the mountains, so they get used a lot! Salomon Women’s XA Pro 3D V8, $129; Ptarmigan Sports, Edwards, ptarmigansports.com
10. FURNITURE I recently bought two honeycomb chairs from West Elm for my back patio. I have already spent many summer evenings lounging in them. Montauk Outdoor Nest Chair, Antique Palm, $999; West Elm, Denver, westelm.com
