Last-Minute Mother's Day Dining Ideas
Where to celebrate Mom around Denver
Did you wait until the eleventh hour to plan your Mother's Day outing? Well you can still spoil Mom in the nick of time with these delicious dining options around Denver.

TUPELO HONEY SOUTHERN KITCHEN & BAR
1650 Wewatta Street
Bless her heart: bring Mom to the place with creative Southern food that’s good for the soul at Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar, just opened in the Platform building behind Union Station. Executive Chef Chris Kobayahi and his team pull out all the stops for brunch, including crave-able dishes like their version of the super-trendy layered pancake, the Banana Pudding Layered Pancakes that arrives tableside as a towering stack of banana pancakes alternating with banana pudding and nilla wafers; or the Shoo Mercy Sweet Potato Pancakes with buttermilk fried chicken, apple cider bacon, spiced pecans, fried eggs, grilled apple and fresh blueberries. Moms looking for savory goodness can dig into the Debutante Duck Confit, Tupelo's version of the croque madame with duck confit, country ham and prosciutto along with Gruyere cheese, two fried eggs and challah bread. It’s not brunch without a cocktail, so wash it down with a Community Cocktail like the Derby Day Mint Julep, served in a galvanized bucket with a stack of straws or the Bloody Beets, a beauty of beet-infused vodka with fresh lemon juice, beet bloody mary mix, celery, and a tart lime salt rim.
