Hotel Talisa, Formerly Vail Cascade Resort & Spa
The long-standing Vail Cascade Resort and Spa has recently reopened after a major $50 million renovation. The 285-room hotel has been renamed Hotel Talisa, a Native American name meaning “beautiful water.”

Appropriately located along Vail’s magnificent Gore Creek, the true ski-in/ski-out resort offers year-round outdoor activities, as well as more than 30 fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates and strength training.

Bonus: For a foodie excursion just down the road, head west on I-70 to the Westin Riverfront Resort’s Maya restaurant for the best table-side guacamole in the Vail Valley. hoteltalisa.com
