Get an Inside Look at Denver’s Newest Gathering Place

At the CherryArts at Stanley, you'll get to know the Stanley Marketplace, a space known for innovation

CherryArts Festival at Stanley, produced by the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, will take place October 23, 24 and 25 at Stanley Marketplace, a community-inspired gathering place.

Visitors to the Festival will have the unique opportunity to get inside the walls of the new space and experience its development. During hard-hat tours offered throughout the weekend, visitors can experience the raw industrial space being transformed into a community-centric hub of food, retail and office space. Visitors will watch old walls come down and new ones go up.

Formerly Stanley Aviation, the space was known for its spirit of innovation; Stanley Marketplace is reviving this with the unique Colorado and independently owned businesses that will move into the space.

When Stanley opens in early 2016, people will enjoy opportunities to experience the space day and night, with retailers serving coffee and breakfast in the morning, numerous opportunities for lunch and dinner, a beer hall run by Kevin Taylor and several fitness options (for example Endorphin and Kindness). Stanley also will provide ample park space to relax and socialize.

“Hosting the Cherry ArtsFestival at Stanley is a perfect fit,” said Chris Stevens, president and CEO of the Cherry Creek Arts Festival. “Our mission is to offer the community access to arts education and exposure through world-class events. With Stanley’s focus on local community and innovation, we are thrilled to be the first event to partner with them in their space.”
