Don’t Miss the 2023 Parade of Homes
This annual event is hosted by the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver
Since 1943, the Denver Parade of Homes, a longstanding summer tradition, is hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) and returns August 10 – 27. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the latest in architecture and home design along the Front Range. Whether you choose to tour online or in-person, this event is free and open to the public Thursdays through Sundays from noon to 5:00 pm.
The 2022 National Community of the Year was awarded to the Aurora Highlands Painted Prairie community, an urban-meets-suburban community located halfway between Denver’s International Airport and the Anschutz Medical Campus. Featured in this year’s Parade of Homes are unique homes, the latest floor plans, home technology, exterior finishes, landscaping, and outdoor living sure to inspire.
Parade homes are located throughout the greater metro area and are easily searchable by visiting the Parade of Homes website and entering basic search criteria. This offers a perfect way to narrow down the locations to determine the homes you want to see in-person. Easily plan your customized tour by visiting the “My Tours” tab. Visitors to the website can also sign-up to receive the newsletter, and vote for their favorite homes for consideration to win a People’s Choice Award.
The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) was founded in 1942 and is one of 850 local home builder associations in the United States. The HBA is a trade association that represents approximately 500 businesses involved in residential development, construction, and the remodeling industry in the eight-county Denver metro region. HBA members include custom and luxury home builders, land developers, and remodelers. Trade partners including architects, mortgage lenders, building material suppliers, and sub-contractors are also members.
The mission of the HBA is to improve its member’s abilities to responsibly meet the housing needs of our community. A not-for-profit organization, the HBA offers a variety of activities and programs, including providing high-quality education and certification programs targeted to meet the diverse needs of the homebuilding industry professionals. The HBA also shines a spotlight on our area’s homebuilding industry through events.
