Don't Miss the 2017 Carousel Ball

The Carousel Ball is just around the corner and the Children’s Diabetes Foundation has a slew of fabulous items up for grabs at the live auction.

The 2017 event is set for Saturday, October 7 at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center, with a special performance by Lenny Kravitz. Proceeds of the event will benefit the programs, care, and research at the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes (BDC), where thousands of children and adults from across the world receive treatment.

Barbara and Marvin Davis established the Children’s Diabetes Foundation (CDF) in 1977 in Denver, Colorado as a non-profit organization dedicated solely to the support of research in diabetes and providing the best possible clinical and educational programs for children and adults with the disease.

The event will auction off one-of-a-kind items like Lenny Kravitz’s Epiphone Les Paul autographed guitar; two tickets to a private-residence concert by Steven Tyler in Palm Springs; a bracelet with 8 carats of dazzling diamonds made exclusively for CDF by Trice Jewelers ($20,000); a 10-night stay for 3 couples in a 3-bedroom villa + chef’s dinner + massages + private cabana at Belmond La Samanna in St. Martin ($75,000); two VIP tickets to the Ellen DeGeneres Show; fashion handbags from Etro, Valentino, and Giorgio Armani; hotel stays to Taj Campton Place San Francisco, The Beverly Hills Hotel, The Loews Regency New York, and The Little Nell.
