Current Crush? Tea Towels

I’m keen on a high absorbency factor, and I love how colorful prints and patterns add texture and whimsy to my otherwise neutral kitchen. Denver’s Hazel & Dewey carries two local vendors that are worth checking out: Vital Industries ($10-$14 each) with mod, bike-themed towels, and JenGStudios ($18 each or $30/set of two), maker of the striking Boulder Flatirons towel.

I’m also crazy about the tea towels from the Denver Art Museum gift shop, in 10 bright botanical patterns from Kei & Molly Textiles (pictured above, $12 each). Finally, check out the flour-sack tea towels by Denver’s own Counter Couture—I’m partial to the red chicken towel, ($12 each).
