Chef Hosea Rosenberg Shows Broncos Pride in Championship Cook-Off

As the Denver Broncos head to Levi’s Stadium in hopes of winning their third Super Bowl this Sunday, another prominent Coloradan heads to the kitchen to duke it out for a different kind of trophy. Chef (and grillmaster) Hosea Rosenberg, owner of Boulder-based hot spot Blackbelly Market and former winner of Bravo’s popular show Top Chef, will go head-to-head with a chef representing the Carolina Panthers in a live televised cook-off hosted by NBC’s Today Show.

Rosenberg plans to prepare two game-day dishes, Super Nachos and Broncos Sliders, using classic Colorado ingredients (bison burgers, green chili) and a touch of the Broncos team colors (blue corn tortillas, cheddar cheese). Watch things heat up this Friday, February 5 at 9:30 am MST.
