Brider: A Counter-Service Rotisserie Kitchen
on Platte Street in Denver
The team who founded Oak at Fourteenth and Acorn has launched an authentic upscale fast-food concept called Brider, a counter-service rotisserie kitchen on Platte Street in Denver. Parking is tough, but the rewards are plentiful.
Chef Steve Redzikowski and beverage director Bryan Dayton have created a casual breakfast, lunch, and dinner spot with healthful salads, rotisserie-inspired sandwiches, robust soups, eclectic main plates and homemade sweets. Of course, the duo’s signature kale and apple salad has a spot on the menu, but look for other fare unique to their new space, mainly from the hearty gas-fired Rotisol rotisserie from France. Don’t forget to bring home a box of freshly baked pastries for tomorrow’s breakfast.
