A Stylish Stay at Fort Collins' Four-Star Hotel
The Elizabeth Hotel is the place to stay for any and all with fabulous food, design and art
The Elizabeth Hotel, Fort Collins’ first and only four-star hotel, opened this year. Perfectly situated in Old Town, this 164-room destination has quickly become the “it” place for cyclists, music lovers, beer enthusiasts, foodies and college parents. Picture a rooftop sunset lounge with live music, an on-site kitchen and wine market, a Bowerbird coffee counter, themed suites, and in-room vinyl collections and record players.
Sage Hospitality, owner of Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek and The Maven at Dairy Block, has created a stylish hotel with superchic common areas that feature raw wood, cast-plaster ceilings and ornate metalwork. Plus, the hotel is filled with local art (around 130 pieces at last count), some connected to Colorado State University. Rooms are $189 and up.
