Our friends at Blanco Cocina and Cantina, Denver’s newest Sonoran-style Mexican restaurant that opened in the 9+CO development last month, shared a special recipe for a spicy cup of cheer this season.
Pomegranate Spice Margarita
INGREDIENTS
Tres Generaciones Blanco
St. George Spiced Pear
Lime
Pomegranate
Clove
Toss in a shaker and serve in a glass with ice, or enjoy it freshly made by the pros at Blanco through the end of December
Blanco’s extensive bar program also features Mexican cocktails and frozen margaritas along with tequila and mezcal flights.
Blanco is open Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and New Years Day, though closed on Christmas Day.
