Lobby
A new, design-forward boutique hotel built for the modern traveler debuts in LoHi this winter, complete with a stylish co-working space, trendy bar and restaurant and even a bunk room for the whole family.
Life House, Lower Highlands is inspired by the rich history and culture of Denver, bringing together influences from the American frontier of the 1800s with new developments of the 21st century. The Salon, tucked behind the back of the bar, will be an intimate restaurant with a rotating art program and a centralized custom Oak and Rubbed Bronze table for communal dining experiences.
The Salon
Dubbed a "Victorian industrialist's frontier dwelling," Life House, LoHi's design takes inspiration from our famous wild west landscapes, cowhide, Victorian floral patterning, charred western tambour and a dusty wildflower palette. The hotel will feature 3 floors with 16 guest rooms, a co-working lounge, lobby kiosk for self-service check-in and a full service bar and dining room.
Bar
Designed to service throughout the day, the custom back bar features sliding tambour panels to conceal bottles in the morning, while a residential display of vintage objects adds a communal sense of home. Fresh espresso in the morning, Western Wildflower cocktails by night.

Life House, LoHi offers an elevated bunk room experience. With well appointed full-size beds and luxury linens, each its own private experience. Bunk rooms range from four to six to eight beds, perfect for traveling with friends, colleagues or families.
