Stay at The Jacquard Hotel

The Jacquard Hotel is Cherry Creek’s newest gem, offering a chic dining spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner called Narrative (love the faux white shelving and “books” on the towering wallpapered back wall), plus Kisbee on the Roof, a newly opened bar with sweeping views of the mountains and downtown.

The hotel will be offering day passes for the adjoining, 75-foot-long rooftop pool, but I’d be fine spending happy hour on the roof in one of the cozy lounging areas, sampling their innovative house-canned and custom-labeled cocktails. Light bites and small plates are also well done: charred eggplant hummus, loaded elote-style guacamole, grilled-artichoke flatbread, Cuban-style ceviche and an artisan charcuterie board. The Jacquard has 201 rooms and suites in a clean, modern decor and a Tesla house car ready to take hotel guests anywhere in a two-mile radius.
