7th Annual Grapes & Galleries Most Successful to Date

The 7th annual Grapes and Galleries event was the most successful to date for the Home Builders Foundation, with nearly 600 attendees. Despite the rain, the event raised over $70,000 for the Home Builders Foundation of Metro Denver.

Grapes and Galleries is a tasting event, where guests tour participating Cherry Creek shops and art galleries to sample a variety of wine, appetizers and desserts.

Colorado Home & Lifestyles partnered with Tam O’Neill Fine Arts for a tasting. The other galleries that hosted tastings were Revampt, Ten Thousand Villages, Luca Décor, Nora’s Retro, Robert Anderson Gallery, Mangelsen’s Images of Nature, Show of Hands, Artisan Center, Gallerie Rouge, Aspen Art Gallerie, Philadelphia Print Shop West, Elizabeth Lindsay Creations, Le Creuset and Saks.

The Home Builders Foundation is a Denver-based nonprofit that provides accessible home modifications for individuals with a disability and financial need. Typical projects include widening a doorway to allow a wheelchair to pass through, installing a ramp and remodeling a bathroom to be barrier-free. All modifications are completed at no cost to the recipient.

Participating restaurants included Stoney’s Bar and Grill, Tony P’s, Pho on 6th, Sweet 2 Savory and Little Ollies.
