Robertson takes the reader on a journey through apartments, houses and funky spaces all designed in blacks, whites and grays. She explains clever compositions of furniture, art and interesting objects.

And, like a chic friend of hers whose wardrobe was limited to black, white and gray, Robertson shows us the interior design equivalent to that, as well as how versatile and elegant a limited palette can be:
