Since its opening as Stanley Marketplace in 2016, the former-aviation facility has flourished into a communal hot spot on the corner of Dallas and East 25th Avenue in Aurora. The 140,000-square-foot industrial space is occupied by over 50 local businesses, each with their own unique offerings and missions.

While new happenings are on the horizon for 2020, here’s a guide to some of the reliable tenants at the ever-evolving, ever-tasty and ever-fun marketplace.

For the Foodie

Whether it’s the seasonal ingredients, quaint restaurant culture or owner Caroline Glover’s extensive list of cooking accolades, there are quite a few reasons to stop by the two-year-old eatery, Annette. The menu is small with simplistic dishes, just the way Glover likes it for a homestyle, scratch-to-table dining experience.

Early-risers should head to Denver Biscuit Co. for fluffy (and decadent) biscuit dishes, or grab a breakfast sandwich from over-the-counter Rosenberg’s Bagels & Delicatessen known for their true New York-style bagels.

For the Exercise Addict

Yearning for an updated workout in the new year? From vinyasa flow at Kindness Yoga to fast-paced HIIT routines at Endorphin, those looking for a fresh routine have a bounty of options onsite.

A bonus: get the whole family involved by enrolling kids at Bounce Stapleton, a kids-only dedicated gymnastic studio that hosts both open gyms and instructed classes.
