Consider converting a guest bedroom into an office by adding in a wall bed. Many of us have a guest bedroom in our home that has become wildly unused by infrequent visitors. A wall bed is the perfect solution for a dual-purpose room, the wall bed makes it easy to accommodate guests while also adding extra space and storage to your room. Our elegant Prussian blue wall bed and surrounding cabinetry gave this guest bedroom added purpose while also incorporating character and charm.

Oftentimes, we have to think outside of the box when designing a home office. If you are hesitant about incorporating an office due to limited space, there are ways to design and truly optimize the space without it feeling cramped. For this white office renovation, we customized the library bookcase to make room for the office desk. Rather than putting the desk in the middle of the room, we maximized the space by incorporating the desk within the walls of the custom shelving and storage area.

This redesigned space utilized an upstairs nook that sat beside the upstairs stairwell. By adding built-in cabinetry, counter space and most importantly a desk, the sitting space was reimagined to give the homeowners a useful and purposeful workplace. This small niche now embodies a modern system that helps keep business affairs organized and free from clutter.
