Famous Faces You'll See at the U.S. Senior Open
The 39th U.S. Senior Open returns to The Broadmoor this summer during the resort’s Centennial Celebration!
“The Broadmoor is thrilled once again to host the U.S. Senior Open. It will be a true celebration for the state of Colorado, the city of Colorado Springs and serve as the cornerstone of our 100 year anniversary,” says Jack Damioli, Broadmoor President and CEO.
The course will host renowned players like Fred Couples, Tom Watson, Hale Irwin, John Daly and the 2017 U.S. Senior Open champion, Kenny Perry.

The field consists of 156 professionals and amateurs. Players will partake in a 72 hole stroke play, and the field will be cut to low 60 and ties + anyone within 10 strokes of the leader following the completion of the second round.
More than 130,000 spectators are expected to attend the event from June 27 – July 1, and may catch a glimpse of a Colorado and Denver Broncos favorite, John Elway, who is the honorary chairman of the 2018 U.S. Senior Open.
