1. SKIN CARE I love everything from Bee-Och Organics, a Fort Lupton-based vendor, but what I absolutely cannot live without is their Organic Face Oil. It’s a beautifully smelling blend of five oils and vitamin E, and it absorbs into your skin without feeling greasy. $50; bee-och.com

3. FINE JEWELRY After 10 years, my husband, John, and I still love to wear our wedding rings, designed by Boulder jeweler Carla Morrison. They are heavy, gold bands, but they have rounded edges inside so they’re really comfortable. Mine has citrine and garnet, and John’s has a tiny chip of garnet inside his band so no one can see it. carlamorrison.com
4. DENVER ARTS Denver’s Wonderbound contemporary ballet company, because it’s totally out of the box, and because this little ballet company makes me proud to be a Denverite. They’re just as good as any in London or New York. wonderbound.com
5. TRAVEL CLOTHING I travel a lot for both work and fun, so I have to be comfy on an airplane. I choose loose, flowy, soft travel pieces from Athleta. I just bought a pair of their black travel cargo pants that are tapered, with a high waist and a whole lot of pockets. I also like shopping at Frinje in Vail.
