A Celebration of Colorado Wine & Food
Save the date for the event featuring our state's top of the line wine and food
Colorado may not be the first place you think of when it comes to wine and vineyards, but our state's wine production is growing. Colorado is home to over 130 licensed wineries and about 120 grape growers, who tend nearly 1,000 acres of vineyards.
Celebrate our state's wine tradition at Colorado Uncorked. Join fellow wine connoisseurs at this public tasting event of the 2019 Colorado Governor’s Cup Collection wines paired with original small bite menu items prepared by Colorado’s finest chefs.
The Collection consists of the 14 wines selected by a panel of professionals that best represent Colorado’s wine industry. All of the wines are made from Colorado grapes or other fruit.
Some of Colorado's best restaurants will create pairings to accompany each winning wine. Enjoy bites from Black Cat Farm Table Bistro, Bramble & Hare, Julep, Sheraton Denver Downtown/16Mix, Sazza Pizza & Salad, Bin 707 and Taco Party, Narrative, Ocean Prime, Woodie Fisher, Logan Street, Springhill Suites and DiFranco’s.
