A Boutique-Inspired Closet

Channeling a luxury shopping experience, this home’s walk-in boasts Cashmere Gray and gold-plated accents

This walk-in closet of a new build in Broomfield, Colorado, was crafted with luxury shopping in mind. When it came time for these homeowners to create the closet of their dreams, Cashmere Gray and gold-plated accents—along with a high-end retail vibe—were high on the list of priorities.

“It was so important to me to maximize space,” the wife says. Built-in drawers, shelves, display cases and hanging space surround a quartz-topped closet island, which sits below a glass chandelier—all contributing to the boutique-like ambiance. Clothing, shoes and accessories are all visible and easily accessible. “I walk into my closet and feel like I’m going shopping,” she adds.

Upon closer inspection, one might notice the coral pieces doubling as jewelry hangers, as well as the framed ocean accents on the wall. “I love the ocean and wanted to incorporate reminders of the beach here in Colorado,” she adds—it’s the perfect wardrobe oasis for a fashionista and her husband.
