The 2026 People’s Choice Awards Winners Announced

The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) has announced the winners of the 2026 People’s Choice Awards for the Denver Parade of Homes. The 2026 event showcased 64 newly designed model and custom homes by 27 area residential builders and developers, located in neighborhoods from Longmont to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora, plus the mountain communities of Winter Park and Fraser.
“What sets the People’s Choice Awards apart is that they come straight from the people who toured these homes,” stated Connie Dahl, head of the Parade of Homes committee and vice president of member services at the HBA. “This year’s Parade stretched from the Front Range to the high country and from attainable new construction to custom Dream Homes, and Parade-goers found something worth voting for at every price point. Congratulations to the builders and designers who earned this recognition.”
