6 Must-Visit Shops in Stanley Marketplace

Housing more than 50 retail shops, restaurants, salons and fitness studios, Aurora’s new Stanley Marketplace can be a bit overwhelming if you attempt to conquer the 100,000-square-foot urban market all at once—especially on a weekend. Don’t fret; we’ll be your compass. Here, a list of our favorite shops and restaurants from a recent visit.

Annette Scratch to Table

Named after her great aunt Annette, chef Caroline Glover creates seasonal dishes with sustainably bought ingredients and her beloved wood-fired oven. Try the Ramp + Radish Toast and Charred Octopus Sandwich.

Miette et Chocolat

Chefs Gonzo Jimenez and David Lewis create chocolates, pastries and confections that are almost too pretty to eat—almost.

Poppy & Pine

Beautiful, custom-made flower arrangements and a playful gift collection. Stop in on your way to a dinner party for a thoughtful hostess gift.

Kindness Yoga

The yoga studio’s seventh baby offers the same variety of Vinyasa, Align & Flow, and Restorative classes as its siblings, but with a twist—an isolation tank (a soundproof tank filled with saltwater that allows you to float effortlessly) designed to alleviate muscle tension and chronic pain.

Cheluna Brewing

New on the Colorado craft beer scene, the Stanley’s only production brewery and tap room creates brews inspired by Mexico. Sip on a Rozha Hibiscus Lager or Coco-Xoco Porter in between shops.

Sweet Cow

They could make a million Sweet Cows (this location is number 6), and we still wouldn’t be sick of the ice cream hub’s classic, creamy and somewhat addictive scoops. Expert advice: If it’s available, don’t pass up the German Chocolate Cake.
