WHAT The Noho Move Chair
WHY Because the planet needs (and deserves) love more than ever. This superior bit of interior seating is made from upcycled ocean waste and end-of-life carpet diverted from landfills.
WHO The design comes from New Zealand ergonomics company Formway, but the direct-to-consumer business, Noho, is headquartered in Boulder, where transplanted New Zealand native and co-CEO Richard Shirtcliffe has relocated (with his family of five) to run day-to-day operations.
TRANSLATION In New Zealand’s native language, Te Reo Maori, noho means “to sit, stay, dwell, live.”
OPTIONS Chairs come in White or Black and are $375. The company also makes sustainably sourced New Zealand wool “toppers” in five colors for $145 each, plus free shipping and returns. noho.co
