4. New Belgium La Folie beer. I am a huge fan of sour beer, and the best and most interesting series of sours, aged in oak barrels, comes from this Fort Collins brewery. newbelgium.com
5. Hypnos Mattress. We slept on one of these firm but comfortable mattresses during a weekend getaway at the Soho House in Chicago a couple of years ago, and we were hooked. hypnosbeds.com
