An artfully appointed home exuding both warmth and exquisite interior design, this residence on South Cherry Street in Denver’s historic Hilltop neighborhood features an open floor plan and clean, California-contemporary inspired style. Designed by the esteemed, Denver-based Boss Architecture group and built by Synergy Construction, the architecturally detailed home features walls of glass, alluring travertine stacked ledgestone walls and contemporary Italian wood hanging fixtures.

The design of the home was orchestrated by Karen Hutchinson of Denver-based Hutchinson Design, and the residence’s palate of warm, neutral colors and highly textural design accents make its character truly unique.

A tranquil fountain welcomes guests to the home through a gated front courtyard, lending a sense of serenity and tranquility to those entering the home.

The main living area of the residence features a soaring two-story open-air great room, graced with extraordinary suspended lighting, and exposed White Oak post-and-beam ceiling construction.

Integrated into the main living area, the kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, custom soft-close cabinetry, and hidden appliance storage.

The space seamlessly connects the custom chef’s kitchen directly to the outdoor living space adjacent to the kitchen, while a floating White Oak wooden staircase connects the main level to the upper living areas in an artistic and functional way.

Further complementing the main level space, is a sleek dining area boasting dual, temperature-controlled Wine Rooms, that provide contrast to a custom wall of granite, the focal point of the room.

Added features of the home include floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home with electronic window coverings and seamlessly integrated shades, custom built-in cabinetry, glass railings and stairs, a Lutron Lighting System, built-in speakers and an abundance of glass connecting homeowners to the outdoors.

Ascending to the second floor, a therapeutic master suite adorned with a floating wood ceiling panel and hand-painted Antoni Achilles mural, creates ambiance within the space. A connected spa-like master bathroom invites all who enter into an inspired space that features artisan laser-cut mosaic tile flooring accented with Calcutta Gold, and a luxurious, custom, walk-in, 5-head steam shower with pearl accents and a tranquil soaking tub.

Designed for Colorado living, a spacious rooftop deck designed to hold a 6-person hot tub, provides the opportunity for year-round entertainment, with unparalleled viewing of 4th of July fireworks displays. The space is complete with two heaters, two gas lines to accommodate a grill and fire-pit, and abundant hidden storage.

For added entertainment, a ground level space provides an urban refuge. The living area is anchored by a media room, fitness room, and 5th bedroom with a large bath, providing a comfortable space for visitors and guests.

The exterior of the home features a radiant-heat driveway and pathways, and a spacious, three-car garage.
