High Design/Low Carbon. At Kipnis Architecture + Planning, we believe this benefits our clients—and the environment, expanding the possibilities for innovative architectural spaces, forms and materials. 

Now in our 30th year, we design beautiful, thoughtful homes, restaurants, retail spaces, offices and other commercial buildings fully in tune with the environment.  A number of our design concepts artistically integrate key sun angles that are used as principal design elements.

KAP principal Nate Kipnis graduated from CU Boulder. The firm is an early signatory to the AIA’s 2030 Commitment, rigorously working towards being ‘net zero’ by 2030.
