A Toast to CH&L’s 2019 Home of the Year

An exclusive celebration of this year’s winner and finalists

Let’s face it, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles’ Home of the Year Winner and Finalists generated some serious house-envy in our June/July 2019 issue. These architecturally astounding and impeccably designed homes received the recognition they deserved at this year’s HOTY party, hosted at the chic Lower Highland bar, Lady Jane.

A downtown Aspen sanctuary, an Estes Park mountain idyll, a Hollywood Glam Cherry Hills residence and a Hamptons-inspired Cherry Hills Village abode were applauded as outstanding homes at the event.

Lady Jane welcomed the 2019 talented title-holders, as well as invite-only guests to clink libations and snack on tasty bites while getting the chance to network.

While lounging in the leafy, hunter green and cream mid-century furnished space, Editor-in-Chief Kate Meyers and Publisher Holly Scott acknowledged the work of the winners and their contributions to the Colorado design community.

A special thanks to our Presenting Sponsor, Sierra Pacific Windows, and Premier Sponsors Closet Factory and Kohler Signature Store for contributing to such a successful evening.
