A Luxury Feast: Uchi

Denver’s Uchi in Curtis Park has undoubtedly made waves for its contemporary preparation of Japanese cuisine since opening in 2018. Get a taste of what James Beard Award-winning chef, Tyson Cole, and his team are serving up with a 10-course Omakase Menu for $195 this Valentine's Day.

Covering both land and sea, the meal will include shareable bites from beef tenderloin with Szechuan broccoli to a Miso lobster with risotto, black truffle and egg.

Reservations can be made at 303-444-1922; $195 for two people, tax + gratuity not included.

Indulge in Dessert: Sweet Cooie’s

Share a treat together at the sister location to the oh-so-popular Little Man Ice Cream, Sweet Cooie’s, an ice cream and confectionary shop in Congress Park neighborhood.

Inspired by the founder (and Denver dessert king) Paul Tamburello’s mother, this spot is an ode to classic and scratch-made treats and will include a sundae bar, handmade truffles and chocolate dipped strawberries for Valentine’s Day.

No reservations required.

Plan a Staycation: The Crawford Hotel

With Valentine’s Day falling on a Friday this year, it provides the perfect excuse to extend the holiday into the weekend. Stay downtown at The Crawford Hotel, located in Union Station, where they’re offering a special rate of $289 a night for a two-night stay with complimentary champagne included.

Looking for something more extravagant? Book the "Decadent Valentine’s Date Night" package that offers custom floral arrangements, a $500 shopping spree at A Line Boutique, a reservation at a top Denver restaurant, spa treatments and more starting at $2,000.

Keep it Casual: Barcelona

Located on River North’s bustling Larimer Street, snag a cocktail in the relaxed but ultra-sleek Barcelona Wine Bar without the added planning pressure.

Nosh on tasty charcuterie boards and Spanish-style tapas while sipping on sophisticated libations like the Antídoto with Bodegas Tradicion Fino, green chartreuse, fresh cucumber juice and lime.
