Nestled along the charming and lively Main Street of Louisville, Colorado is a an old-world bakery for the books. With an eclectic menu featuring both sweet and savory pastries, sandwiches, Sicilian pizza and fine espresso drinks, Moxie Bread Company is a must-visit on your next trip to get your baked-goods fix.

Founded by Andy Clark in June 2015, Moxie is housed in a historic Victorian-era house that was renovated and furnished with repurposed materials serving up nourishing baked goods, small plates and craft beverages.

Clark brings a rare and exciting level of expertise to his bakery and the industry. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Bread Baker's Guild of America. His impressive resume also includes being a two-time finalist for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Baker.

Not only is Moxie's food delicious, but its ingredients are top-of-the-line and chosen with our health in mind. All of Moxie's baked goods are made exclusively with organic heirloom wheat flour. Heirloom varieties of wheat seem to digest easier in our bodies and produce fewer reactions than some other modern wheat varieties.

Open for breakfast and lunch, Moxie's menu includes avocado toasts, bagels and croissant dishes in the morning, along with a variety of tasty sandwiches served on freshly baked ciabatta bread.
