- 2 oz. Nolet's Gin
- .75 oz. Cocchi Americano
- 1 oz. of fresh squeezed carrot juice
- .5 oz. ginger syrup
- 4 dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters
Shaken and double-strained into a coupe martini glass. Garnish with a carrot slice.
