A Cocktail Fit for New Year's Resolutions



After weeks of indulging at holiday parties, it’s no wonder most New Year’s resolutions are health-focused. Going cold turkey is no fun, however (unless it involves holiday dinner leftovers), so St Julien Hotel & Spa’s T-Zero Lounge has crafted The Chinook, a tasty cocktail that incorporates fresh-squeezed carrot juice.

The Chinook

  • 2 oz. Nolet's Gin
  • .75 oz. Cocchi Americano
  • 1 oz. of fresh squeezed carrot juice
  • .5 oz. ginger syrup
  • 4 dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters

Shaken and double-strained into a coupe martini glass. Garnish with a carrot slice.
