​Best. Fried. Chicken. Ever. Just ask my 11-year-old son, who ate every last smidgen of our recent meal at LOW Country Kitchen in LoHi. Seriously, the crispiest, most tender and succulent buttermilk-dipped fried chicken we have ever tasted. Brian and Katy Vaughn opened their first spot in Steamboat Springs in 2014 and brought their popular Southern-inspired fare to Denver last year.
