2025 MAME Awards: An Evening of Flair, Fanfare and Industry Excellence
Nearly 500 builders, designers and industry leaders gathered for a Monte Carlo–inspired celebration.
The 2025 MAME Awards proved once again that when our industry comes together, it does so in style. Hosted by the Custom Builder & Remodeler and Sales & Marketing Councils of the HBA of Metro Denver, An Evening of Flair & Fanfare celebrated the people, projects and partnerships shaping homebuilding today, with just the right amount of sparkle.
Nearly 500 builders, designers, sales professionals and industry partners gathered for a Monte Carlo–inspired evening, where gaming tables and glamorous details set the tone. The atmosphere was energetic, celebratory and unmistakably MAME—a fitting backdrop for a night dedicated to recognition and connection.
From standout communities to best-in-class marketing, the evening recognized excellence across the board. Top honors included Community of the Year, awarded to Westerly by Southern Land Company; Custom Builder of the Year, awarded to Larsen; Remodeler of the Year, awarded to Rosewater Construction; and Best Advertising Campaign, awarded to The Aurora Highlands Marketing for Community of the Year—The Aurora Highlands. A full list of winners is available on the MAME Awards website.
The awards program was led by host Michael Spencer, who kept the evening moving with energy and ease. Following the ceremony, guests continued the celebration at the afterparty, closing out the night with drinks, conversation and well-earned congratulations.
Put on by MAME Co-Chairs Brandon Baumann (Cadre General Contractors) and Payton Bess (Possibilities for Design), alongside the MAME Committee, CBRC and SMC leadership, the event came together through months of collaboration and care.
A heartfelt thank-you goes to Aurora Highlands, Presenting Sponsor, Platinum Sponsors Realtor.com and Brightland Homes, and all MAME sponsors and partners whose support made the night possible.
The MAME Committee also extends thanks to Team PMP and our production partners for their behind-the-scenes expertise, as well as the volunteers who helped bring the experience to life. We’re already looking ahead and can’t wait to welcome the industry back for MAME 2026.
