Salad Dressing

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup white or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon assorted dried herbs and/or crushed mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3/4 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil

Directions: 

1. In a medium-sized bowl combine vinegar, herbs/spices and mustard.

2. While whisking vigorously, slowly drizzle in olive oil and continue whisking until all of the olive oil has been incorporated into the vinegar mixture and the dressing is thick and creamy.
