CH&L’s Home of the Year Gala on Thursday, July 23, 2009 was a spectacular evening of good friends, fine food and a great cause. David Hintgen and John Moinzad, owners of AERA Studios in Denver, hosted the party at their stunning home, honored as the 2009 Home of the Year for its high style and beautiful details. The homeowners appointed an array of Old World, Deco and European elements—all in a black-and-white palette—that come together effortlessly for a look of sheer sophistication.

Over 150 guests came together to enjoy the home and to support the 2009 Home of the Year partner charity, Mothers of Murdered Youth (MOMY)—a nonprofit that supports families of children lost to an act of violence. Gourmet Fine Catering provided a delectable spread, and beautiful bouquets of flowers graced the tables thanks to Twisted Tulip. The Wright Group provided all of the evening’s rentals.
