1 16-ounce box light brown sugar, packed3/4 cup margarine3 eggs1 1/2 cups plain flour1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons vanilla1 cup chopped pecansPreheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream light brown sugar and margarine. Stir in eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla and pecans. Mix well, then pour into a 9X13 greased and floured pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.Yield: 2 dozen brownies
