Colorado Apple Upside-Down Gingerbread
This rich gingerbread gets extra zing from the addition of fresh, candied and ground ginger. Serve it plain and warm from the oven, or topped with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ultimate Gingerbread Cookies
These rich, spicy cookies are sturdy enough to use for gingerbread houses or tree ornaments. The cookies can be baked and frozen, tightly wrapped, for up to two months; thaw overnight in the refrigerator before decorating.

Easy Snow White Icing
This icing is easy to work with and dries hard on the cookies in about 30 minutes; it can also be tinted with paste food coloring.
