It is a home with the makings of a modern, Western-American utopia: A rocky mesa cliff overlooking a golf course with fifty-mile vistas of Colorado National Monument, the Book Cliff mountains, Grand Valley and the high mountain desert. Homeowners Howard and Maureen Holt sensed this would be the ideal location for a dramatic refuge from "the growing congestion" of the Mile High City.
