We have a showroom staff that assists clients throughout their selection process and provides communication about models to the builder, designer and architect. Roth also offers gourmet cooking demonstrations for clients to see the Sub-Zero and Wolf products in action. After the customer has installed his or her appliances, Roth hosts a “Use and Care” class for clients to get the best experience with their product possible. If an issue were to arise during the life of the product, Roth has an in-house customer service staff to address any questions.

CH&L: What’s your advice for homeowners looking to upgrade their appliances?
